Refund Policy
Vibe Vector Labs™ operates enterprise-grade digital infrastructure powered by VectorOS™. These policies govern platform access, operational standards, subscription usage, customer responsibilities, and service limitations.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs payments, subscriptions, activation fees, setup work, digital deployments, consulting, configuration, and related services provided by Vibe Vector Labs™ and powered by VectorOS™.
2. Digital Services and Custom Work
Vibe Vector Labs™ provides digital infrastructure, SaaS workflows, deployment systems, dashboards, activation tools, business intake systems, lead capture systems, and related platform services. Many services involve immediate labor, configuration, technical setup, digital access, or custom deployment activity.
Because of the nature of digital services and custom operational work, fees for setup, activation, configuration, consultation, onboarding, deployment, design, implementation, and custom work are generally non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.
3. Subscription Fees
Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription payments grant access for the applicable billing period.
Subscription fees are not prorated. Vibe Vector Labs™ does not provide partial-month refunds for unused time, customer delay, non-use, change of business direction, lack of activity, or cancellation after a billing cycle has started.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future recurring billing but does not automatically refund prior payments or the current billing period.
Customers are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if they do not want continued service.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable unless Vibe Vector Labs™ expressly states otherwise in writing:
- Setup fees.
- Activation fees.
- Consultation fees.
- Custom configuration fees.
- Deployment labor.
- Completed or partially completed digital work.
- Business intake, review, or planning work.
- Dashboard, workflow, portal, or landing page configuration.
- Third-party costs, payment processor fees, domain fees, hosting costs, SMS costs, software costs, or vendor fees.
- Subscription periods already billed.
6. Failed Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks
If a payment fails, is disputed, reversed, or charged back, Vibe Vector Labs™ may suspend access, pause deployment, restrict dashboards, disable activation workflows, terminate services, or pursue collection of amounts owed.
Customers are encouraged to contact Vibe Vector Labs™ before initiating a dispute so that account or billing issues can be reviewed directly.
7. Third-Party Fees
Payments may involve third-party providers including Stripe, hosting providers, SMS providers, domain registrars, communication vendors, and other external services. Third-party charges, processor fees, vendor costs, and external service fees are not controlled by Vibe Vector Labs™ and are generally non-refundable.
8. No Refunds for Business Outcomes
Vibe Vector Labs™ does not guarantee revenue, leads, traffic, rankings, conversions, profitability, reimbursement, funding, approval, sales, or any specific business outcome.
Refunds are not provided because a customer does not achieve a desired commercial result, fails to use the service, changes strategy, delays onboarding, does not provide required materials, or does not complete internal business actions.
9. Service Errors
If Vibe Vector Labs™ determines that a material service error occurred, we may, at our discretion, correct the issue, provide additional support, apply a service credit, or offer another reasonable remedy.
Any remedy is determined solely by Vibe Vector Labs™ based on the facts, service status, customer conduct, and applicable agreement terms.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Refunds are not provided when services are suspended or terminated due to non-payment, abuse, unlawful conduct, policy violations, prohibited content, chargebacks, misuse, security risk, reputational risk, or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
11. Written Exceptions
Any refund exception must be approved in writing by Vibe Vector Labs™. Verbal statements, informal messages, sales conversations, or assumptions do not modify this Refund Policy.
